Directions:  Cut up pool noodle.  Slide some different colored sections over a length of pvc pipe.

Activity 1:  Call out colors and the child has to throw up the pool noodle stick and catch it at the correct color.  Ask the child to throw and grab the same colors – ie toss and grab blue section toss again and grab blue section

Activity 2:  Take some pool noodle sections off of each end.  Stand them up on the floor.  The child can roll the pool noodle stick to knock them over.

Activity 3:  Hold the stick horizontal and bat a ball back and forth

Activity 4:  Put the pool noodle on the floor and roll it back and forth with one foot.  Put the stick in front of the foot and behind the foot.  Behind the foot encourages hip extension with rotation and balance skills.
