Exercise Worksheet for Kids

HOW DO YOU COMPLETE THIS EXERCISE WORKSHEET FOR KIDS?

  • Download the PDF and print it. Provide one for each student.
  • Read the directions to the students.
  • The student will complete each exercise 10 times.
  • Practice writing the name of the exercise and check it off your list.
  • Continue until all 5 exercises are complete.

OTHER WAYS TO COMPLETE THE ACTIVITY

Here are a few options to modify or differentiate this activity:

  • Print on cardstock paper and laminate it.  Use wipe-off markers to write on the free printable.
  • Screen share the activity on the board so the whole class can do it without having to print the activity.
  • Make it easier by: skipping the handwriting step for young children
  • Make it more difficult by: increasing the repetitions – try 20 of each exercise.
  • Add in more physical activity by: using scissors cut apart the five exercise cards. Put them throughout an obstacle course or across the room. The kids can run across perform and exercise and return to the starting line. Repeat until all five exercises have been completed.
