Birthday Workout

Is it your student’s birthday? Perhaps you need your class to burn off some energy after a sugar rush of birthday treats. Make this Birthday Workout part of your holiday celebrations. You can download it for FREE at the bottom of the post.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BIRTHDAY WORKOUT?

The free printable happy birthday workout PDF includes two pages:

  1. Birthday Workout #1 – all of these exercises are completed in standing
  2. Birthday Workout #2 – all of these exercises are completed in sitting

Sometimes the class need to be in control and burn off energy so option #2 might be best.  In addition, it is a great inclusive workout.
