When to Use the Christmas Brain Break Video

What Exercises are Included in the Christmas Brain Breaks Video?

These are cute exercises for the kiddos performed by animated characters. They are performing these activities:

  • Side lunges
  • Squats
  • Santa Jumps
  • Gingerbread Stretches
  • Present Push-Ups
  • Snowman Bridges
  • Elf Press Ups
  • Holly Cross Kicks

Most of the exercises are in standing but a few are completed on the ground.  You could modify the activities and perform some of them in sitting or standing instead of on the ground.
