Need a quick activity for kids of all ages this President’s Day? This FREE Presidents Day Activity will challenge the kid’s visual perceptual skills and encourage attention to detail. 

Presidents Day is a holiday celebrated in the United States on the third Monday in February. It honors the accomplishments of George Washington, the nation’s first president. There are many fun activities you can do with your children to celebrate Presidents Day. One such activity is a find the differences puzzle. In this activity, your child will be given a picture of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln and they will have to find ten differences between the two images. HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FREE PRESIDENT’S DAY ACTIVITY

WHEN IS A GOOD TIME TO USE THIS ACTIVITY?

Find the differences puzzles are fun for kids any time of the year but this one is particularly nice for President’s Day or July fourth. Here are some suggestions of when to complete the worksheet:

  • add it to your collection of great activities for early finishers
  • anytime the kids unplug
  • carryover activities when the kids are home from school during Winter break
  • to encourage visual perceptual skill practice during an Occupational Therapy session
