The Emotional Regulation Bingo Game includes one review board, 26 calling cards and 20 Bingo boards. It is fun for a crowd and easy to play to help children identify and recognize different emotions and levels of alertness.

How the Emotional Regulation BINGO Game Works:
- Download and print the PDF version.
- Review the three colors of emotional regulation using the review boards. Provide each player with a printed bingo board.
- Show the calling cards, discuss the type of emotion and alertness and mark your bingo board. The first player to get five in a row is the winner!
Practice self-regulation, social-emotional, visual discrimination, fine motor, and visual motor skills!
The color and black and white handout from Emotional Regulation Bingo are included (download them for free here) to reinforce the concepts and reference the following emotions:
GREEN: Calm, Happy, Focused, Ready to Learn, Content
YELLOW: Worried, Excited, Silly, Frustrated, Stressed, Sad, Bored, Tired, Sick, Disappointed
RED: Mad, Upset/Loud, Scared, Angry, Out of Control
