DIY Balance Board for
About $1
Make your own balance board for about $1 using recycled cardboard and a
pool noodle. By using three sheets of cardboard you essential make triwall. Now
it can "withstand" kids standing on it. Kids can stand on it, sit on it or place it
under their feet in a classroom chair for a fidgety student. Try it for a student
during circle time to decrease moving all around the rug. Try having a child
stand on it and catch a ball to challenge his/her coordination skills.
