How to Order Printed or Electronic Books:

If paying by credit card -
Click on the ADD TO CART buttons for each book.  You may view your
shopping cart by clicking on VIEW CART buttons.   Any products that
are not an electronic book, require you to process a separate
transaction for each product.    

If paying by check or money order -
Print and fill out the order form.  Mail payment and order form to:

If using a purchase order -

For electronic books: the link to download the electronic book will be
delivered directly to the email address that you provide during the credit
card transaction.  MAKE SURE that you type in your email address
correctly.  If you would like the link delivered to a different address
please contact us.  

If you do not receive your links immediately following payment check
your spam folder or disable your firewall.  If you still do not see your
download links please call us or email us.  If you do not hear back from
us via email please call.  Again, we may be being blocked by a high
firewall.
